Makenzi Tiberii

State Director

Before becoming State Director, Makenzi served many other roles for MA BPA. From being a chapter officer in high school, to helping coordinate judged events at SLC, to serving on our Board of Directors, Makenzi has witnessed this organization from many perspectives. She consistently uses her past experiences to bring programming that is engaging and formative to our members.

Jaclyn Kellar

Assistant State Director

Jaclyn started with BPA 20 years ago, first as a student, then volunteering and judging competitions, and serving various roles at the national level. In 2022, she began as the Judged Events Coordinator and now serves as the Assistant State Director. Jaclyn is very excited for the opportunity to continue to serve this great organization and give students the same opportunities given to her years ago.

Andrea Sutherland

State Officer Coordinator

Andrea has served as our State Officer Coordinator since 2019. Before joining staff, she served in many student leadership roles, including chapter, state and national officer. She also previously served as the Alumni Representative on the National Board of Trustees. She continues to advocate on behalf of BPA and support our organization one State Officer Team at a time.

Chris Esau

Technology Infrastructure Coordinator

Chris is a passionate full-time Systems Engineer who has been involved with MA BPA for nearly a decade. His BPA journey has been wild and unexpected in some of the greatest ways he could have ever imagined possible. Looking ahead, he is eager to continue advancing the development of MA BPA and is constantly inspired to give back to the organization that served as a cornerstone in his professional and personal development.

Membership & Relationship Coordinator

Victoria recently joined the MA BPA staff after more than a decade of involvement as a member and student leader. Throughout her BPA journey, she has served in leadership roles at the chapter, state, and national levels, including serving as a voting member of the National Board of Trustees. Victoria is currently pursuing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Boston University and is excited to continue giving back to the organization that played such an important role in shaping her leadership journey.
